
We need to forgive others for what they have done to us. If we don’t it stays in our body as energy. If it is left there for too long, it can cause illness. We can talk to the person although if that is not possible it is quite easy to forgive through meditation or a quiet visualisation:
Sit in a comfortable seat and start breathing in through the nose deeply to the tummy and out through the mouth
Breath as many times as you need to release stress and feel the body relax
Once relaxed visualise the person who has harmed you. Talk to the person and afterwards send them lots of love. You don’t need any conformation just KNOW that they will receive it.
This can only be performed if you are ready to forgive.
Remember you are actually healing yourself of this situation.
